All orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and a tracking number will be emailed to you for your order once your order is packed and dropped off at the post office.
Live plants and clippings will be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday from the date the order is placed so as to avoid any weekend shipping delays.
Please be sure to check the weather between Manhattan Kansas and the delivery address, and add a heat pack to any live plant or clipping order as needed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns of undamaged and unopened items are accepted 15 days after the items are received (excluding live plants, please read below). If any item appears damaged upon arrival please email pictures of the damaged item(s) to ellensplantedtea@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery to qualify for a free return and/or replacement.
LIVE PLANTS: For live plants sold through our website, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If the plant arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory state, please email pictures of the plant and packaging to ellensplantedtea@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery for assessment. If your plant falls ill within a week of delivery (or at any time), please also email us to see how we can help with care.
